Paid Ads
Project Overview
Digvanta managed paid advertising for the Irish School of Motoring (ISM), supporting both learner driver bookings and the Training & Recruitment division. We planned, launched, and optimised Google Ads and Meta campaigns to generate driving lesson enquiries, promote professional training programmes, and attract qualified driving instructor candidates. Using audience targeting, keyword optimisation, compelling ad creatives, remarketing, and conversion tracking, we continuously improved campaign performance, increased qualified leads, and maximised return on advertising spend across Ireland.

Vision & Mission
The Development
Digvanta planned, launched, and optimised high-performance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for both the Irish School of Motoring and its Training & Recruitment division. Using detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel, campaigns were continuously refined to maximise performance. This data-driven approach generated 120 + qualified leads, achieved a 50% increase in conversions, reduced Cost per Lead (CPL) by 15%, improved Click-Through Rate (CTR) to 25%, and delivered a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 3:1, while driving consistent growth in driving lesson bookings and instructor applications across Ireland.
Objectives
Increase driving lesson bookings and instructor applications through targeted Google Ads and Meta Ads while improving lead quality and maximising return on ad spend.
Research
Conducted keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-intent search terms and optimise campaign targeting across Ireland.
Design
Created and tested conversion-focused ad creatives, copy, and landing pages, continuously optimising campaigns based on performance data to improve engagement and conversions.
