Project Overview

This project focused on the complete rebranding of ISM to establish a more modern, cohesive, and memorable identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. As a long-established driving education provider, ISM needed a refreshed visual system that reflected its leadership in the industry while improving how users perceive and remember the brand.

The rebrand aimed to move away from outdated visuals and create a unified identity that would strengthen recognition and trust among learners, instructors, and corporate clients.

Vision & Mission

The Development

The ISM logo was created in Adobe Illustrator, starting with concept sketches exploring trust, professionalism, and modernisation. The final concept used a Gothic-inspired type style to reflect strength and reliability while keeping a clean, updated look.

Using a grid system and the Pen Tool, I built precise vector letterforms and refined spacing, weight, and proportions for better clarity. The Gothic influence was simplified to improve readability while maintaining a strong identity.

The final logo was exported as a scalable vector and tested across web and print to ensure consistency, clarity, and flexibility in all applications.

Existing ISM branding and competitors were analysed, revealing issues with outdated visuals, weak consistency, and low impact.

Design

A Gothic-inspired typographic style was developed and refined in Adobe Illustrator into a clean, scalable vector logo with strong balance and clarity.
